Price Match
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date, we will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months of the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (i.e.; eBay, overstock, etc.)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
Shipping
 Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Once confirmation from the supplier is obtained, shipments normally take from 3 - 8 days. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order in the 3-8 days period mentioned above. shipment.
Order Shipment:Â
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our supplier's warehouse. If your order is stock and we are able to successfully process your credit card, we will ship your order within 3 - 8 days from the date of your order to the e-mail address provided during checkout. What happens if I make a return?
If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Simply follow the retailer's return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select âreport a returnâ, and weâll pause your statement. As soon as the retailer has processed your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.
There's something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?
You do not need to pay for goods that are received damaged, broken, or defective. Follow the retailerâs dispute instructions and âreport a problemâ in your Klarna account to pause your statement until the issue is resolved. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Contact the retailer for a delivery update, log into your Klarna account, and âreport a problemâ to pause your statement until youâve received your order.
My statement is incorrect. What should I do?
If your statement does not match your order details, please contact the retailer directly to correct your statement. Log into your Klarna account and âreport a problemâ to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.

Refund Policy:
Winechillify will provide a refund under the terms of our return policy if you are unhappy with the purchase of any product on our store.Â
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Returns must be set up within 5 days of purchase.
- Product must be in original, factory sealed packaging with all associated literature and warranty cards in original condition.
- Product cannot have been installed or used.
- Post purchase rebates cannot have been claimed
- Product cannot be special order, made to order, clearance/liquidations/closeout or final sale
- Â Must not be missing pieces.
- Products must be returned using the same shipping method as was originally shipped.
- The buyer is responsible for actual return shipping charges.
- There is a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged Items Policy:
- If your item(s) arrives damaged, you must note in detail the damage on all copies of the carrierâs delivery receipt. Please have the freight driver sign all copies to acknowledge your damage notation.
- Defective products must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- If your item(s) arrives damaged, please send photos to returnproduct@winechillify.com or call us at 800-585-7486 and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf prior to any refund being issued.
Defective Items Policy:
- The buyer may initiate a return for a defective product within 5 days of receipt of the product.Â
- Once a return has been set up and returned to the supplier, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a refund will be applied to your account. Â
 Cancellations Policy:
- If your order has shipped and the buyer decides to cancel the order, the buyer must notify winechillify.com of intent to cancel the order within 5 days of receiving the product.
- The buyer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee plus actual return shipping charges.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
