Premium White Glove Service

 

Depending on the manufacturer, designated wine coolers, beverage coolers and kegerators may be eligible to receive our White Glove Delivery service in addition to our free standard shipping option.

• Because there is a transfer between the primary shipping carrier and the white glove provider, total shipping time may be increased by up to five days.
• For this service, we charge a special add-on fee of $400.00.
• For this fee we perform the following services:
• Moving the unit from your doorstep to a designated room in your home.
• Setting up the unit
• Unpacking the unit
• Removing any packing material and debris from the unit
• Performing a functional check in the unit, making sure the unit is functional and ready for operational use.
• Delivery is scheduled by appointment, and you will be called to arrange a day typically within a  24-72 hour window prior to delivery.
